Erica Jedynak is the COO for yes. every kid. foundation., a national non-profit advocacy organization, where she oversees business operations and communications. She brings the past decade of experience in coalition-building to advocate for families, so that every child has access to an individualized education, regardless of zip code. Jedynak has been published in The Wall Street Journal and Forbes, quoted in the NY Times, and appeared on Fox Business, NJ News 12, and Bold TV.

Jedynak formerly served as Director of Economic Opportunity for Stand Together (Koch Network) – where she led national strategy and public affairs – tackling tough challenges of addressing the country’s fiscal crisis and building a stronger workforce for the future. Jedynak earned a reputation as a high energy, dynamic policy advisor and organizer in NJ politics in numerous roles as State Director for Americans for Prosperity and working for state legislators in district offices and on the campaign trail. Jedynak received distinctions, including the NJ Globe’s Top 100 Most Powerful People, the Athena International Leadership Award, “Top Young Female Talent on the Right” voted by Save Jersey readers, and InsiderNJ’s Power 100 List and Top 100 Policymakers.

She currently serves on the boards for the Institute for the American Worker and Drew University’s College Alumni Association. Previously, Jedynak was appointed to the New Jersey State Advisory Committee for the U.S. Civil Rights Commission and joined the American Enterprise Institute’s Leadership Network and the America’s Future Writing Fellows Program. Jedynak was also one of seven emerging state leaders in the U.S. selected as part of a diplomatic exchange with Australia, through the American Council of Young Political Leaders.

Erica Jedynak holds a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude from Drew University. She studied at both the United Nations Headquarters in NYC and abroad at the Institute of Venice, Italy. Jedynak later earned a Mini-MPA from Rutgers University’s Center for Executive Leadership in Government. She lives in Morris County, New Jersey with her husband and son. Jedynak and her husband were named a 2019 Power Couple by Insider NJ.
