Aiden Fleming
Deputy Director of Policy Operations
Aiden Fleming is the Deputy Director of Policy Operations for yes. every kid. foundation. Prior to this role, he served for thirteen years in executive leadership for the State of Arizona. Aiden’s experience includes program development, bill drafting, lobbying, policy development, grant oversight, communications and marketing, budget development, and public records law.
During his time at the Arizona Department of Education, Aiden worked primarily on school choice issues including open enrollment, dual-language immersion, and Education Savings Accounts (Empowerment Scholarship Accounts), becoming the first director of any such program in the country.
Aiden lives with his wife and son in Tempe, Arizona. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and has a law degree from the University of Arizona.
