C. Tracie Canestrari is senior manager, implementation, for yes. every kid. foundation. She partners with program administrators to make education freedom easy, clear, and family-centric, translating policy and compliance requirements into systems that work for the families who use them. 

Before joining the foundation, Tracie spent several years in EdTech, where she led education savings account partnerships and operations, building the kind of program infrastructure and family-facing experience that turns policy into something families can actually navigate. Grounded in more than 20 years in education, including a decade as a teacher, team leader, and department chair in public schools, she brings a rare combination of policy fluency, operational rigor, and firsthand classroom experience to her work. 

Tracie holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of New England and two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Connecticut. She is passionate about removing barriers to learning through smart program design and partnerships that put families first.
